Day 56, Level 1: Perfect Full Moon, Rainbow Sky Tower and Shampoo bars

A perfect August Full Moon day.
And a perfect August Full Moon night.
First day without wind for a while - in true Full Moon style. In fact, it's the best day we've had in a while generally. Warm too @ 19 degrees.

Full Moon over the neighbourhood - Remuera, Auckland

How's the August Full Moon at your place?

September's Full Moon falls on my birthday! Yay!

And here's a photo of the Sky Tower - it turns 23 todayand is lit up with rainbow colours to signify the occasion. It opened on 3rd August 1997. We watched it being built from our house in Freemans Bay where we were living at the time - saw it come to life out the kitchen window. We moved in August 1996 so didn't quite see it through to completion.

And here's a pic of the view from our deck tonight ... it's in the distance, and a bit blurry, but the colours still dazzle on the skyline!

I got my Passport today! So even though I can't go anywhere, I can travel overseas!
The Tasman Bubble is looking less and less likely for quite some time yet. Melbourne is a shambles.

But Cook Islands could be a goer sooner rather than later ... The airports have assured Government that they can process people coming in from the Cook Islands separately (non quarantine) to those coming in from elsewhere (quarantine).

SHARE-NOTE OF THE DAY:
Solid shampoo and conditioner bars ...
Have you tried them? I got some Ahhh... Manuka Honey bars the other week and they are brilliant. Small bars, and a tiny bit goes a long way. My hair has never felt or styled better.
I'm hooked. No more plastic shampoo bottles for me!
